Applies to: the earlier Online Guarding interface at onlineguarding.com. For the current system see the Tagtough Online manuals.

Sign in with your user name and password. Most options have a small (?) to click for more information.

• Reports: choose the report type, then the date range.
• Sites: set up site details, points, users, contacts, SMS and email alerts, and patrol times and days.
• Guards: for a Magcell with a keypad. Issue each guard a keypad number to record when they sign on or off duty, or give a guard an ID point to clock on duty, start of patrol and end of duty.
• Templates: personalise the SMS sent for failed patrols, missed points, tamper, panic, mains fail and restore, and patrol OK.
• Accounts: what remains of your server fee and SMS credits, when the subscription expires, and how many sites and contacts you have.
