Using the desktop system
Applies to: the Magtouch Electronics desktop program with a three-stud upload station. The Tagtough software with a Doc Pro works the same way, except that the baton simply rests on the Doc Pro's support.
- To clock a point, place the copper port at the front of the baton flush on the surface of the ID point. The light at the back of the baton flashes once.
- When the patrols for the shift are done, bring the baton to the computer with the upload station.
- Open the program.
- Place the copper port of the baton on the upper centre brass stud. Keeping it there, slide the side of the baton against the two lower studs and hold it until the upload finishes.
- When the upload completes, the program opens the report.
The report shows the time each point was clocked and, at a glance, how many times each point has been clocked since the last upload.
