What the lights on a Suga Blu mean

| After clocking a point | Green flash | Point clocked correctly |
| After clocking a point | Blue flash | Battery low |
| After clocking a point | Yellow flash | Moisture detected |
| On the charger | Blue flashing | Charging |
| On the charger | Green, solid | Finished charging |
| Idle | Blue or white flashing | No contact with the network for more than 4 minutes |
| Idle | Red flashing | No contact with the network for more than 20 minutes |
If the baton has had no network contact for a long time, charge it overnight and clock a point where you know there is cellular signal. If it still does not report, the SIM card may no longer be active: contact support.
