Suga Blu

Cellular patrol baton, factory fitted with a SIM card, that sends each clocking to the server by itself. Nothing to download.
How it works
A guard carries the baton on patrol and touches it to each ID point along the route. The baton sends every clocking to the server straight away, or as soon as it is back in network coverage. The data is then in Tagtough Online for reports and alerts, from any web browser.
Batons can be moved between sites, and there is no limit to the number of batons or points on a site.
What the lights mean

| Idle | Red flashing | No contact with the network for more than 20 minutes |
If it stops communicating
The most common cause is a SIM card that is no longer active. Charge the baton overnight, clock a point, and check whether it has reported in. If it has not, contact support: the SIM may need renewing under SIM management or replacing in our service centre.
What it does
- Sends each clocking to Tagtough Online by itself over the cellular network, using its factory-fitted SIM card.
- Holds up to 65 clockings while it is out of coverage and sends them when it is back.
- Recharges on its own charger and runs up to 10 days on a charge.
