We monitor and top up the data on a unit's SIM card. Twelve months are included with every online unit in South Africa; other countries on request.
Every online unit is supplied with a SIM card and 12 months of SIM management in South Africa. After that the subscription is renewed yearly; a debit order option is available.
Outside South Africa, SIM management is available on request and depends on the country.
While it is active there are no extra data or monthly fees, and no need to top up.

Repairs and help
We try to repair any product we have made, provided parts are still available: see repairs and warranty. Before sending a baton in, run through the pre-repair check. For anything else, contact support.
