Downloading a baton on a Magcell
- Make sure the top (green) light is on. The unit is ready.
- Place the baton on the unit. The middle light comes on.
- Wait until the middle light flashes, then take the baton off. Do not remove it when the light first comes on.
If the bottom light flashes, the upload failed or the baton was empty. Do it again.
No clockings in the reports?
- Have the guards been patrolling? Do a round yourself to find out.
- Is the unit talking to the server? The green light should be on. If not, see the LED guide.
- Are the guards uploading correctly? Follow the steps above.
